Hamburger de cogumelos / Mushroom burguer
Ontem o jantar

Yesterday dinner
was another good experience!
Since
I came to the UK, I stopped cooking with canned mushrooms. Without
doubt that it was an improvement, because fresh mushrooms have another taste
and texture ...
I decided to do something where mushrooms were the main ingredient, and as I made the meatballs with the black beans recently, this time I carried out the hamburgers idea!
I did five, but you can shape into six servings (total of 314 calories).
I did it with some basmati rice and salad but once again it can be used as an hamburger on the bread, or with any other side you wish!
Have I told you how easy it is?

And that's it!
